Rally Attendee Cancellation Policy

Tiffin rallies are a fun way to enjoy time with other Tiffin Motorhome owners just like you. There are a variety of activities set over several days that provide opportunities for enjoyment and motorhome education. Not only do rally attendees find time to relax, sight see, play games and eat good food, they are provided the chance to have their motorhome serviced by our technicians. Technicians who go from site to site making needed minor repairs and answering technical questions.

The Allegro Club enjoys putting together times where we can come together as friends. Presidents Kelly and Sally Moore scout new locations for rallies each year. They’re also in the process, as new presidents of making certain that all rallies provide everything you expect from Tiffin Motorhomes, as well as ensuring that all polices set by the club are made so that each rally is the best it can be.

This year Mr., and Mrs., Moore have made a new policy change about rally cancellations, after making plans for rallies as well as attending them.  Effective immediately for all future rallies the new cancellation policy is as follows.

  • Refunds for rally registration fees (less stated cancellation fee) will ONLY be given until the date stated on the Rally Registration Form. After that date, no refunds will be given regardless of the reason for a coach owner’s cancellation.
  • Anyone registering for a rally is encouraged to purchase trip cancellation insurance in the event of trip interruption.  The Tiffin Allegro Club must prepay many non-refundable rally expenses based on rally registration.  Travel insurance is an option available through Farm & City Insurance at 800-331-1520.
  • No exceptions to this policy.
