Registration Details for the June 2023, Amana, Iowa Rally

𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟐-𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑, 𝗥𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚, 𝐈𝐨𝐰𝐚 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟖𝘁𝗵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯, 𝗮𝘁 𝟭𝟬 𝗮𝗺 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝟏 𝐩𝐦 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐀 & 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐂 𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲. Please note: we are currently planning two (2) Wayfarer, Midas, and Cahaba combined rallies for 2023.

𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
Given the limited number of spaces and high volume of interest, we will handle rally registrations through a lottery process. 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵; 𝗶𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲. Our lottery process is based on a fair and randomized distribution system to manage access and ensure equitable participation.

𝐓𝐨 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲: You will need your 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝 Tiffin Allegro Club membership number along with the expiration date and 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝 full 17-digit VIN number. Your Allegro Club membership must be up-to-date at the time the application opens and must remain current to participate in the rally. 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐛. 𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗿. Once registration has closed, applications will be selected via the lottery process using a random distribution system. 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐲 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑. 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐦/𝐣𝐮𝐧𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫.

Selected applicants will be contacted by email for payment to finalize their registration. And best of all, our Tiffin Service Technicians will be on-site to perform minor services and repairs. These trained technicians are a great resource and offer a wealth of information.

𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁(𝘀) NOT included in the above registration fee but staying on-site as a guest in your coach. $𝟮𝟳𝟱 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻. No additions will be allowed once the rally closes! No exceptions.

𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: Owners will be parked as they enter. If you want to park with friends, you must enter together, no exceptions.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
If, for any reason, you need to cancel, 𝗮 $𝟭𝟱𝟬 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗱. 𝗡𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝐲 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯. We encourage you to check with your insurance agent for trip cancellation insurance.
