To help you prepare for your service visit to Red Bay, Alabama, we are pleased to share the Bob Tiffin Service Center Information Packet with you. This guide offers detailed insights into the service procedures, scheduling options, and the amenities available to enhance your experience. Notably, our facility boasts 48 service bays staffed by knowledgeable technicians ready to assist with a wide range of service needs. We have recently transitioned to an appointment-based system to better serve you.

To schedule your service, please contact us at (256) 356-0261 and follow the prompts for “Scheduling.” For your convenience, we also offer an Express Bay Service for repairs estimated to take less than three hours, ideal for addressing minor issues promptly. Additionally, our Call-Ahead Queue allows you to submit your work order in advance, receive daily email updates, and arrive closer to your appointment date, minimizing wait times. Upon arrival, please check in at our campground office to receive your Work Order number and Parking Permit. Our service hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST.
