Ahoy, Landlubbers! The April 2025 Tiffin “Pirates & Paradise” Rally in South Carolina Application Opens at 9 am CST!

We are excited to announce the application for the April 7-11, 2025, Tiffin Allegro Club Pirates & Paradise Rally in beautiful South Carolina opens at 9 am central time!

Applications will be accepted from 9 am to 3 pm central time on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.

Event Details:

Rally Dates: Monday, April 7 through Friday, April 11, 2025

Departure Day: Saturday, April 12, 2025

Open To: Tiffin Motorhome and Vanleigh RV owners

Theme: Pirates & Paradise Luau

Location: Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach

Lottery Process Overview: Registrations for this rally will be handled through a lottery application process.

One Application Per Coach: Only one lottery application is allowed per Allegro Club #, couple/person per coach will be accepted. If our records indicate that multiple applications have been submitted for the same owner or coach, the applicant will become ineligible, and the application will be voided.

To Apply:

  • You will need your valid Tiffin Allegro Club membership number along with the expiration date and your valid full 17-digit Tiffin Chassis VIN number. These items will be verified for accuracy.
  • Your Tiffin Allegro Club membership must be up-to-date at the time the application opens and must remain current to participate in the rally.
  • Lottery applications will not be accepted by phone, email, or in person.

Selection Process: Once the lottery application has closed, applications will be selected via a random selection system.

Lottery Result Notification: All applicants will receive an email notifying them of their application status on or before Tuesday, November, 12, 2024. Please be sure to check your email inbox, including the spam/junk folder, for this important communication.

Selected Applicants – Act Fast! A time-sensitive email with a payment link will be sent to the email address provided on the lottery application for selected applicants to finalize and secure their reservation. Payment must be made within the specific time frame listed in the email from the Tiffin Allegro Club office, Lisa.Smith@tiffinmotorhomes.com or allegroclub@tiffinmotorhomes.com. Failure to pay within the allotted time frame will result in the forfeiture of your registration, and a new selection will be made.

Waiting List Information: If, unfortunately, your application is not selected, don’t worry – you will automatically be placed on the waiting list. Selected applicants have a specific time frame to make payment to finalize their reservations, and in the event that they fail to do so, new selections will be made. This means you still have a chance to secure a spot.

Please be assured that the waiting list will remain active until the day before the rally. Any openings resulting from cancellations or unconfirmed reservations will be filled from the waiting list, giving you a continued opportunity to participate.
